1. Overview
These terms govern the licensing and use of Grimweld Engine, a proprietary 3D engine software published by Grimweld Studio / [À COMPLÉTER — nom ou raison sociale] ("the Publisher").
2. License
Grimweld Engine is licensed, not sold. The license grants the licensee the right to use the engine source code under the terms defined in a separate License Agreement provided upon purchase.
Full license terms, including source code access, usage rights, restrictions, and royalty obligations, are detailed in the License Agreement sent to each licensee.
3. Pricing
License fees and royalty rates are communicated upon request. Pricing may be updated at any time. Existing licensees are bound by the terms active at the time of their purchase or renewal.
4. Payment
- All prices are in EUR, excluding applicable taxes.

5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Intellectual Property
Grimweld Engine, including all source code, documentation, shaders, tools, and assets, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Publisher. The license does not transfer ownership.
7. Confidentiality
The licensee agrees not to disclose, share, publish, or redistribute the engine source code or any proprietary information received under the license. Violation of this clause may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
The engine is provided "as is". The Publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the engine. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the licensee in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
The Publisher reserves the right to terminate a license in case of breach of these terms. Upon termination, the licensee must destroy all copies of the source code and certify destruction in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by:
